Nkape is a division of Adcush (Pty) Ltd ("Adcush", "we", "us" or "our").

Nkape provides on-demand delivery and related logistics services through WhatsApp and other digital channels.

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 (POPIA) and other applicable South African laws.

When you use Nkape, we may collect information such as your name, telephone number, delivery addresses or locations, delivery details, payment-related information and other information necessary to provide our services.

We use this information primarily to:

• Create and manage your Nkape account;
• Process and manage delivery requests;
• Communicate with you about your deliveries and transactions;
• Process payments and provide customer support;
• Improve our services and customer experience; and
• Where you have provided the appropriate consent, send you marketing communications.

We would like to occasionally send you useful Nkape offers, promotions, new services and updates via WhatsApp.

We do not intend to send you multiple or unnecessary marketing messages.

Marketing communications are separate from essential service communications. You will still receive messages necessary to provide services you have requested, such as delivery confirmations, payment information, driver updates and booking information, regardless of your marketing preference.

By selecting "Yes, keep me updated", you consent to receiving direct marketing communications from Nkape via WhatsApp and other appropriate electronic channels.

You can withdraw your marketing consent at any time by contacting us or using the unsubscribe/opt-out instructions provided in our communications.

We will not use your personal information for purposes that are incompatible with the purposes described above, unless permitted or required by law.

We may use trusted service providers and technology partners to help us operate Nkape, including providers involved in communications, payments, technology, delivery and customer support. Where appropriate, these providers process information on our behalf and are expected to protect it.

Subject to applicable law, you may have the right to:

Withdrawing marketing consent will not affect essential communications relating to services you have requested from Nkape.
